Terms of Service
Last updated: November 1, 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website and to purchases from Noel Decor Shop, operated by BINA SHOP. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Products
We try to show products, colors and sizes as accurately as possible. Small differences in color or appearance may occur because of screens and lighting. Product photos are provided by our supplier.
Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Shipping is free. Payment is made through PayPal at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you placed your order. Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout.
Orders
Your order is confirmed when payment is completed. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.
Shipping and returns
Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are described in our Returns & Refunds policy.
Use of products
Please follow the instructions and warnings that come with each product. Lighted decorations should be used as described, and small parts should be kept away from young children.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
