Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the 50 United States. We do not currently ship outside the United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed and shipped from our partner's US warehouse within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays).

Delivery time

After shipping, delivery usually takes about 3–5 business days. These times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen during the holiday season, in bad weather or because of the carrier.

Christmas delivery

For the best chance of receiving your order before Christmas, please order by December 12.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. If you have not received it within 4 business days of your order, please contact us.

Shipping address

We ship to the address you confirm in PayPal at checkout. Please check it carefully. If you made a mistake, email us right away. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address given at checkout.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days. We will help you open a claim with the carrier.

Multiple packages

If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.
